Sourdough Sandwich Bread
Our sourdough sandwich bread takes over 24 hours to make, ensuring robust development of flavor. We add a little olive oil which contributes to the flavor, moisture, and longevity of this delicious bread. Our sourdough is made with a portion of the listed flour and a majority white bread flour for the perfect combination of flavor and texture.

Sizes
– Half Loaf:
- Approximately 8 inches long, 4 inches wide and tall
- Approximately 15 slices
- This loaf is a cut half of the large loaf.
– Regular Loaf:
- Approximately 13 inches long, 4 inches wide and tall
- Approximately 24 slices
- This is around the size of the typical grocery store loaf.
– Large Loaf:
- Approximately 16 inches long, 4 inches wide and tall
- Approximately 30 slices
