Rustic Sourdough
This delicious sourdough takes over 24 hours to make, ensuring robust development of flavor. We add a little olive oil which contributes to the flavor, moisture, and longevity of this classic bread. Our sourdough is made with a portion of the listed flour and a majority white bread flour for the perfect combination of flavor and texture.
